• We offer 5 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery and a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund/exchange  per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 100 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item.
• The product should not have any marks.
• Do not wash the product. We get to know if the product has been used or washed.
• Once we have processed the refund, prepaid orders get it in the same mode they have paid, where COD takes 7–10 working days as per the bank policy
• If you have exchanged it once and want to return it, the shipping cost won't be refunded.
