Refund policy

Returns & exchanges — GRIP-X

7 days. Return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. First size exchange is free. Prepaid orders get full refund to source; COD orders get store credit or bank transfer.

How to request

1. Log in to your GRIP-X account and open the order
2. Tap Request return or exchange and pick a reason
3. Choose exchange (size / colour) or refund
4. You'll get pickup / drop-off details within 24 hours
5. Refunds settle to source in 5–7 working days after we receive and QC the item

Fees

• 1st size exchange on any item — free
• From the 2nd exchange on the same item — pay twice the forward shipping, ₹200 (₹100 pickup + ₹100 to ship the new size), or return the item completely for a refund instead
• 3rd or later return within 90 days — ₹150 return shipping (deducted from refund)
• Defective or wrong-item returns — always free

Eligibility

• Unworn, unwashed, tags attached
• Request within 7 days of delivery
• Original packaging intact
• Innerwear, socks, hygiene liners — non-returnable
• Clearance (>50% off) — exchange only

Damaged / wrong item: email wecare@gripx.in within 48 hours with photos. We cover pickup, no restocking fee or raise a request via my orders section (Please note complete unboxing video is required along with opening of the outer packaging shown in the video for successful claims)
